Our Management Team
Dr Rohan Ward MBBS Managing Director
Rohan, with Dr Marc Belej founded Core Medical Solutions in 2001.
After completing an Adelaide University/Harvard Medical School Bachelor of Medicine and a Bachelor of Surgery, he worked at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital as a Surgical Registrar. The QEH was the first test bed for BOSSnet's electronic order entry and results review modules as Rohan sought to improve his own day-to-day practices, a project which quickly saw the formation of CMS with academic acquaintance, Dr Marc Belej.
Rohan continues to maintain an active senior developer role within the Company, and also relishes the opportunity to liaise with existing and potential clients.
Dr Marc Belej MBBS Executive Director
As a founder of Core Medical Solutions along with Dr Rohan Ward, Marc is the technical driving force behind the suite of products and services offered at Core Medical Solutions.
Also completing a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from the University of Adelaide, Marc's focus since 2001 has been on developing intuitive, insightful products that quite simply enhance healthcare delivery for everyone involved.
Marc has specific responsibility for innovation, continued improvement of our applications and maintains a special interest in developments in infrastructure, particularly server virtualisation.
Paul Lanzoni B.Med.Rad, MBA Sales & Marketing Manager
With years of experience working as a Client Manager/Educator and Diagnostic Imaging operator, Paul joined Core Medical Solution in 2007.
MBA qualified, Paul offers significant insight into the business and implementation requirements of clinical information systems across the spectrum of environments within each health service. As such he has a valuable understanding of both the medical and the business outcomes that health information systems need to achieve.
Paul has managed BOSSnet DMR installations across Western Health, Albury Wodonga Health, Gippsland Health Alliance, Epwoth HealthCare and at Ballarat Health Service.
Sean Graham B.IT Support Manager
Sean leads the team of developers and support staff at Core Medical Solutions. With a Bachelor of IT and 10 years international experience in development across a variety of platforms, his expertise is strong.
Working with Core Medical Solutions for since 2007, Sean has been at the heart of the development of a multitude of new modules within BOSSnet including Digital Medical Record, e-Forms, Clinical Handover, Palliative Care Consultation and DVT/PE Risk assessment.
Sean is also a highly skilled trainer who is regularly on-site with clients assisting with both technical and end-user training as well as providing ongoing product support.
Tung Nguyen B.Sc.HIM BOSSnet Account Manager
With the significant growth of Core Medical Solution's installations across Victoria, Tung was appointed in January 2011 as Account Manager of this region to ensure the continued high standard of client management and ongoing support.
Following the completion of his Bachelor of Health Information Management and Bachelor of Health Science, Tung worked as a Health Information Manager at both Melbourne Health and Austin Health.
With an insite to the impact that medical records scanning was begining to have on his profession, Tung applied for and gained a Project Management role at Royal Childrens Hospital in Melbourne, taking a lead in the preparation of Request for Tender, evaluation of responses and eventual deployment of the chosen scanning system.
