The primary and most efficient support avenue for all clients is via email to our Support Desk.
Your CMS Client Manager will have issued your internal support staff with a site-specific CMS support email address (e.g.
) for all ongoing requests for support to be sent to.
Each and every request for support is recorded within our support management system. This system is used for assignment and monitoring of support jobs, as well as internal benchmarking and performance monitoring.
If at anytime, you feel that your request for support has not received appropriate attention/resolution please phone our office (08) 8332 9600 to speak with our Support Desk directly.
The Core Medical Solutions Support Desk is available 24/7/365 (afterhours calls will divert to on-call service).
We strongly encourage clients with URGENT support requirements to:
- Send an email detailing the issue to your site-specific CMS support email address.
- Use the words "PRIORITY: A" as the first line of the email body.
- Immediately follow up this email with a phone call to our office (08) 8332 9600.
Remote Desktop Support
It may be necessary for CMS Support personnel to connect to your computer to investigate and/or remedy issues.
To achieve this connection, CMS utilise TeamViewer Quick Support application.
TeamViewerQS will download a 3Mb application file, which can run without installing any software on your computer.
TeamViewer uses RSA private/public key exchange (1024bit) and AES (256bit) session encoding.
